Seven round natural sapphires — 1.05 carats together, matched to a medium cornflower blue — sit in hand-burnished bezels every two and a half inches along a 1.1 mm cable chain of 14k yellow gold. September's birthstone, spaced for everyday light.
The craftsmanship
Station necklaces live or die by symmetry: our chains are cut and soldered to the half-millimetre so the centre station sits exactly at the throat. Each bezel is rolled over its sapphire by hand and burnished until the seam disappears, leaving no prongs to catch on knitwear.
